Brookside MHP is a small mobile home park in Pittston Maine. It is a quiet park with a reputation as one of the better parks in the area. It is a park for those 55 years of age or older where a number of residents who choose to winter in Florida, have their summer homes located. Water and sewer is provided as is plowing of the driveways. Residents are responsible for mowing and maintaining their lots in an appropriate manner. All of the homes are well maintained and the residents take pride in the appearance of the park. The lot that is available is one of the smaller ones so the home moving on to the lot can not be any larger then a 12 X 60. A 12 X 50 Mobile home is what came out of the space.
