Must Sell our 1994 14 X 70 Mobile Home with asking price of $7,000 and it's in very good condition for the year other than needing minor floor work; a very small area in the kitchen and a larger area in the rear master bedroom. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a garden tub off from the master bedroom that we've only used for storage as it needs new spickets. And also,there's 2 window AC units,1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom that work well for cooling.The central AC unit needs work and was like that when we bought this mobile home in 2002 and we couldn't afford to fix it. It's also located in a very nice mobile home park and great community on the northside of Jacksonville,FL near the airport and the lot rent runs $310-320/month including water,sewer,garbage pickup/twice per week and mowing,weed eating and edging service.as an outside mowing Co. does that for the whole park and the park requires a background check. And,a large Kenmore side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker,built in propane stove and oven and Whirlpool washer and dryer will be included. Also,this mobile home has a clear title.
