The kitchen features a workable preparation area with an optional center island, as well as another small morning room for eating in or enjoying the sunny weather. Unlike many other manufactured home models, the laundry is in its own dedicated room, doubling as a back entry. The Cibolo model can also be customized with a larger master bath. Stairs can also be added for those who wish to integrate a basement.
